3-Ingredient Fat Burning Drink

Ingredients:
  • 125 g of horseradish
  • 3 lemons (wash with a tablespoon of vinegar in water to remove any pesticides or buy organic)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Mix the horseradish well in a blender. Cut the lemons (including the peel) and remove the seeds then put them in the blender. Blend until it is a smooth consistency. Add the honey and mix again until everything is smooth. Keep the mixture in a sealed jar in the fridge.
Dosage:
Take one teaspoon of twice a day with meals for 3 weeks and watch the fat melt away!
